Venture Sun is a trade name of Venture Ski Limited.

Venture Ski Limited is a UK registered company, established in 2004.  The company number is 5218409 and our registered address is:  Venture Ski Limited, 44 Upper Belgrave Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2XN

For any trade, financial or administrative  enquiries, our offices are:  Venture Ski Ltd, 15 Wavendon Road, Salford, Milton Keynes, MK17 8BB

We are VAT registered in the UK, VAT number 852 8409 09.

In the UK, we bank with Lloyds TSB bank.

Our annual accounts run to each 31st August, and are filed regularly at Companies House.  For a copy of the accounts, please contact us directly at info@venturesun.co.uk and the customer service team will direct your email as appropriate.

Our holiday operations are based at: Venture Ski Ltd, La Bataillette, 73640 Sainte Foy Tarentaise, Savoie, France.

We operate a French branch, Siret number 4799 4946 3000 26   (Code APE 702A), registered for TVA number FR 924 7994 9463.

In France, we bank with Societe General, and our accountants are:  Fiscalite Audit International, 38 Avenue des Chasseurs Alpins, 73200 ALBERTVILLE, France.

Bonding and Finance

Although we are not required to comply with the 1992 Tour Operator Regulations, we consider this to be good practice so follow these guidelines.

We hold £2m liability insurance and are bonded to approximately 10% of our annual turnover.

We are also a UK credit card merchant, and if payments are made by credit card, client funds are guaranteed by the merchant services company until the service has been delivered.

For ultimate security of client funds, we provide Directors guarantees that under any circumstances of financial failure, client payments will be returned if a holiday cannot be delivered.
